Terms of Service

These terms are between you and the company that operates Checkline, registered in the State of Florida, United States and located at 100 Terminal Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, USA. By using this site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We will supply the operating company's registered particulars on request for any formal notice.

• You must be at least 13 to create an enquiry or subscribe.
• If you are 13 to 17, you may order only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.
• If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
• You must give us accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for a parcel sent to an address you typed incorrectly.

Listing an item on this site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order — for example because an item is out of stock, because a price was displayed in error, or because we cannot ship to your address.

If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount by the same method you used, and we do so promptly.

• Every price on this site is in US Dollars (USD), and that is the currency you are charged in. There is no currency switcher and no other currency is offered.
• Prices exclude delivery and exclude any import duty or tax raised in the destination country. Delivery is calculated and shown before you commit to the order.
• Standard delivery is free on orders whose product subtotal is USD 49 or more. Below that a flat standard delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout.
• The first-order code FIRSTLAYER gives 10% off the product subtotal. One use per customer, on a first order only, applied to product subtotal before shipping and tax. Not combinable with any other code. Kits are included. The code can be withdrawn at any time; orders already placed are unaffected.
• Where a price is shown struck through, the struck-through figure is the lowest price at which we actually sold that item in the 30 days before the reduction. If we cannot evidence such a price, we do not show a struck-through figure at all.

Everything on this site is a one-time purchase. There is no membership tier, no monthly or annual plan, no store credit and no loyalty points, so there is nothing that renews and nothing to cancel.

You complete your details on this site, and payment is then taken on a secure page operated by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Your order is fulfilled once payment is authorised.

We describe our products by how they are built: the material, the measured thickness, the rated load, the range of case sizes a cover or strap fits. Where we publish a figure we publish the conditions it was measured under alongside it. Photographs are illustrative; colours vary between screens.

Nothing on this site is a promise that your luggage or its contents will arrive undamaged. Protective accessories reduce the chance of surface damage. They do not eliminate risk, they do not alter a carrier's liability, and they are not insurance. See the Protection Notice.

• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security or its availability.
• Do not use automated means to test payment credentials or to scrape the catalogue at a rate that degrades the service.
• Do not copy the site's text, photography or diagrams for commercial use without our written permission. They are ours.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss of profit or business interruption, or for damage caused by fitting or using a product contrary to its instructions.

Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where that is so, the exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything in these terms.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida have jurisdiction, and you and we submit to it. If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you the protection of your local courts, nothing here removes that right.
