Handle Wrap

The handle is the part people pull on hardest and the part that breaks second-most often.

Fitted by you, to your case, following the steps below. A part that comes loose, or damage caused by fitting a part incorrectly, is not a product fault.

How it is built

A padded sleeve that closes around a telescopic bar or a side grab handle with a full-length hook-and-loop seam. 6 mm of foam under a woven face, so the load spreads over a wider area of the bar.

Suits these shells

Hard shell, polycarbonate
Flexes under load and springs back. Takes surface scuffing more than cracking.
Hard shell, ABS
Stiffer and more brittle than polycarbonate. Corners are the usual failure point.
Aluminium frame
A full cover fits badly over the frame lip. Corner and edge guards suit these better.
Soft side, fabric
Absorbs impact but scuffs and tears. Zippers and handles take the strain.
